Bylaws of the Morgan Adventure Club 


Article I: Name and Purpose

1. The organization shall be known as the Morgan Adventure Club (hereafter referred to as "the Club").

2. The purposes of the Club are:

   - To promote responsible off-road riding as a form of outdoor recreation.

   - To foster environmental conservation and sustainable riding practices.

   - To engage in charitable activities that benefit local communities and natural habitats.


Article II: Membership

1. Membership in the Club is open to all individuals who share a passion for off-road riding and the Club's values of outdoor recreation, conservation, and charity.

2. Membership Categories:

   Active Members: Participants in events, rides, and charitable activities.

   Supporting Members: Donors and contributors supporting the Club’s goals.

3. All members are required to sign and adhere to a Code of Conduct promoting safety, respect for the environment, and responsible riding practices.


Article III: Governance

1. The Club shall be governed by an Executive Board consisting of:

   - President

   - Vice President

   - Secretary

   - Treasurer

   - Environmental and Charitable Activities Coordinator

2. The Executive Board shall:

   - Organize regular Club meetings, events, and charitable initiatives.

   - Manage Club finances responsibly.

   - Represent the Club’s interests with external organizations and stakeholders.


Article IV: Meetings

1. The Club shall hold:

   - Annual General Meeting (AGM) to elect officers and review the year’s activities.

   - Regular  Meetings to plan upcoming events and initiatives.

2. Meetings may be conducted in-person or virtually, ensuring accessibility for all members.


Article V: Activities

1. Recreational Activities:

   - Organize regular off-road rides, including trail rides, gravel cycling, and other outdoor explorations.

   - Conduct workshops on responsible riding practices and vehicle maintenance.

2. Conservation Efforts:

   - Partner with local environmental organizations to restore and preserve trails.

   - Participate in trash clean-up events and other sustainable initiatives.

3. Charitable Events:

   - Host fundraisers, toy drives, and community outreach programs.

   - Support causes that benefit local families and ecological conservation.


Article VI: Finances

1. Membership dues and fundraising activities shall fund Club operations and initiatives.

2. An annual budget shall be prepared and approved by the Executive Board.

3. Financial statements shall be reviewed and shared with members annually.


Article VII: Amendments

1. Amendments to these bylaws may be proposed by any member and shall be ratified by a majority vote at the AGM.

2. Any changes must align with the Club’s mission and values.
